for Children 4yrs - 5th Grade
Pre-Register your child today using the online registration form provided below or by stopping by and filling out a form at the VBS registration table in the concourse at the church.
If you would like to help out with VBS this year please let us know by contacting Stevie Johnson, Stephanie Espinoza, or call the church office @ 683-2780.
On the first day of camp the legal parent/guardian will be required to sign a form stating your agreement to the following Medical Release.
Medical Release: I, the undersigned, hereby give my consent for emergency medical care to be provided for the above named child if the need arises while in the care of the First United Methodist VBS program.
